Terms of Service

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use Jerkloop. By accessing the service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone suspected of being underage.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share illegal content of any kind
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Share content involving minors in any context
• Share intimate content of another person without their consent
• Record or screenshot other users without consent
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempt to identify or dox other users
• Spam, advertise, or solicit

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share. Jerkloop does not monitor, record, or store video streams. Text in the chat room and in private messages may be screened by automated systems to detect illegal content, spam and underage users, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No Guarantee of Service

Jerkloop is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service
• Specific match quality or quantity
• Protection from offensive content (use the Skip button)

5. User Codes

Jerkloop may assign you a temporary username and access code. These codes:

• Are anonymous and not linked to any personal identity
• Are automatically deleted after 7 days of inactivity
• May be used for optional features such as match preferences
• Can be permanently deleted at any time by choosing to skip during onboarding

6. Reporting Abuse

Every chat has a report button. Reports are handled by automated systems and, where needed, reviewed by us. Confirmed violations lead to immediate bans. Suspected underage users, and any content involving minors, are banned immediately and may be reported to the competent authorities.

7. Bans and Termination

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms, without notice. Bans may be based on IP address, browser fingerprint, access code or other identifiers, and may be permanent. Banned users are not entitled to appeal.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jerkloop and its operators from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the content you share, or your breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jerkloop and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: exposure to offensive content, emotional distress, or privacy violations by other users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the service operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that country.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
